Data Crow is free software that lets you create your own catalog can be created and maintained. The software is developed by the Dutchman Robert Jan van der Waals. He has initiated the development from a need to be a catalogue of his collections on the computer.
The program contains five modules, namely for your collections with pictures, books, movies, music and software. Within each category, you can keep track of what items you have in your possession, but also add additional information or automatically download them from online services like Amazon, IMDB, Softpedia and Bol.com. Amongst other descriptions, figures, and corresponding images are stored. You can control which information all an item needs to be stored and this supplement.
Through the loan administration you can use per item to keep track of who you loaned and the date that you have agreed that you will get.
The program makes it easy to manage multiple files at once to import so that you do not manually need to add. So you can create an entire folder with video files in one time to your catalogue to add.
The software is available in several languages including Dutch.
