KPresenter is a free presentation program that is part of the KOffice office suite. This package is developed for Linux, but also runs on Windows and Mac OS X. With this free presentation program, you can create a digital slideshow, create images, charts and text. This slideshow, you can then with a beamer or a screen to show your presentation for other people to support.
By default, KPresenter use of the OpenDocument file format. As a result, the presentations also compatible with Microsoft Office, this format also supports. The functionality of this software can be further expanded using plugins.
Next Stage includes KOffice, among other things, a word processor, a spreadsheet program and a program for the diagrams to create. KPresenter can only be installed as part of the whole KOffice package, and is therefore not available as a separate program.
