A Ruler for Windows is a pixel rule for your PC, or rather, for your screen. The program offers two different models for you to choose the one that suits you best.
Thanks to A Ruler for Windows you can work on your computer screen at the same time that you have several layers with one or more rules on it. The transparent plastic ruler will even allow you to continue typing or work under it. To make it easier for you to measure points that are too small or too close together, A Ruler for Windows allows you to zoom in to 2x, 3x and 4x levels. The rules can be positioned vertically or horizontally and resized to the user's liking.
NOTE: To ensure proper operation, the A Ruler for Windows program requires that we have Microsoft.NET Framework installed on our computer.
