Active Photo Editor is first and foremost a simple screen capturer. However, the fact of being equipped with its own editor / graphic retoucher to alter and modify the appearance of the captures made, makes it a program with its own personality.
Active Photo Editor allows captures in the most common graphic formats: BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG and ICO. Once obtained, you can apply effects on them, draw lines, draw geometric figures, fill these figures, paint certain areas, rotate the images, apply different effects of color tones, etc.
NOTE: Active Photo Editor can no longer be downloaded for free from the author's website, but it will always be available on our server, through the private download option. Instead, on the author's website you will find another one called Altarsoft Photo Editor, which integrates and expands its functions.
