To favor the work on wiki (which you can do even on a personal level) AirWiki has been created, a free program that works in the Adobe Air environment.
AirWiki barely consumes resources and is easy to use, and has an interface that is quite similar to that of ICQ messaging programs, including buttons on the toolbar that will make code typing unnecessary. It is also equipped with a small set of MediaWiki syntax, such as sources (in bold, italic, titration, etc.), horizontal lines, internal wiki links, external links, history of the visited page, etc.
