ArtWaver allows you to add very realistic graphic effects of nature and movement to your favorite photos, and thus turn them into colorful animated elements that you can then save as screensavers, animated GIFs or Flash animations. You can add the effects with a conventional drawing brush, and apply the filters to a selected area of the image.
Among the many effects and artistic filters that we can apply, we find natural effects such as rain, snow, raindrops, waves, clouds, smoke, etc. Among the effects of movement we find the blur or the mirror, apart from other more abstract ones.
NOTE: To ensure proper operation, the ArtWaver program requires that we have Microsoft.NET Framework installed on our computer.
