There are times when, due to the circumstances, we need to measure certain elements that appear on our monitor, such as the distance between two specific points on the screen. Until now, if we wanted to carry out these measurements, we had to resort to some tools, somewhat rough and cumbersome to use, such as desk rules and calipers, which did not make our work easier. And we say "so far", because we already have a much more effective and practical alternative when making these measurements on the screen of our computer. It is a tiny application of only 2 Mb in size, which is called BitRule and, because it is a product distributed under a "freeware" license, its download is completely free.
BitRule is a free screen measurement tool, much more convenient and simple to use than those heavy desktop rules and calipers that we can find on the web imitating real objects.
Simply click on two points on your screen, and you will immediately get the vertical, horizontal and diagonal distances between the two, as well as the angle they form with respect to the horizontal. BitRule allows us to measure in pixels, inches, centimeters and pikes.
