Here we present the PC version of an award-winning board game called Carcassonne, one of the best exponents of the 'European strategy' genre of this century.
The game is set in the medieval city of Carcassonne (in southern France), famous for its walls. Each player has a limited number of men, and in each turn you have to place a piece of the board (chosen at random) and, if we consider it appropriate, one of our men on it. Precisely this possibility of building the game board in each game is what makes it attractive, since each occasion poses different challenges.
The objective in Carcassonne is to conquer with your men the roads, cities, fields and monasteries that are forming on the board. Each of these elements scores in one way, and at the end of the game (when all the pieces have been placed), the player who has managed to accumulate more points wins.
The Carcassone game has a strong strategic component, because, in addition to knowing when and where we should place our pieces of the board and dolls to achieve more points, we must also take into account the positions of the rest of the players to try to make their most valuable moves and thus avoid adding more points than us.
You can free download Carcassone 32, 64 bit and safe install the latest trial or new full version for Windows 10 from the official site.
