CatFish is a simple free utility, which does not even require installation. It has been created to catalog and organize all the information you have on CDs, DVDs, ZIP disks and other storage units.
The most interesting thing about CatFish is its internal search engine, because it allows you to perform advanced searches by different criteria (name, size, date, etc.) so that you can more easily locate within that unit the right file you are looking for. It also allows you to sort the fields alphabetically.
In CatFish all the information can be exported to TXT text. On the other hand, CatFish also allows searching through local networks (LAN).
