Chetel is a program, completely in English and free, created for those users who connect to the Internet without a flat rate, and who, therefore, are interested in being up to date with the time they have been connected.
Chetel's main function is not, however, to detect the time you have been connected to the Internet, but to calculate the price of the cost depending on the rate of the company you have hired. For each of the connections you have made to the Internet, it generates its corresponding expense.
Chetel comes prepared with tariff configurations from more than 40 different countries. It also allows you to export the results obtained in XLS format.
