Depeche View loads in memory all text files that are within a certain folder, thus allowing real-time searches while typing. That is: do a search on a word or phrase by simply double clicking on it.
More interesting features of Depeche View: Cup phrases or lines of text to the Windows clipboard by pressing Control + Click. Create your favorites (Bookmarks) with the Alt + Click combination. In addition, the program is integrated with your favorite editor using commands that you can define yourself in the function keys (F1, F2 ... F12) of your keyboard.
Under Windows you can also drag folders from the browser to the program interface, or run it through a double click of your mouse and then go to the Open option to select the folder you prefer. Another alternative is to use a command line and type the command 'dview directory_name '.
Once this is done, Depeche View will track and load into memory all the text files of the specified directory, including the subdirectories, showing their contents all together in the same window.
