Diamond Detective Deluxe is a fun detective game in which you'll have to find out who has stolen the gems from the Gemopolis Treasure. Gather all kinds of clues to find the thief before he escapes.
To gather the largest number of tracks, you must form chains of contiguous jewels that are the same color. These chains must be at least two jewels. Once you have finished making the chain, press the "Send" button that you will find at the bottom of the screen and continue forming more chains. If at any time you run out of combinations, you have a button called "Remove" to change position of all the jewels that are on the screen and look for new combinations. But you must be careful, because every time you use this button, the thief's speed will increase and each time he will move away from you.
On each Diamond Detective Deluxe screen you will find two meters. The first, called Camera Meter, will indicate the level of jewelry that you have been sending to the vault. The longer the chains you send, the sooner this meter will be filled and you will go to the next level. The second meter, called Thief Meter, will tell you how far the thief is, fill the Camera Meter before the thief can reach the escape route.
And of course, as in all types of games, in Diamond Detective Deluxe you will find all kinds of help to make your work easier. You can find a multitude of special jewels that allow you to join jewels of different colors, generate diamonds of the same type throughout the panel, and even stop the advance of the thief. But not everything is a path of roses, because you will also find other types of elements that will hinder your path.
The game has two modes or levels of play: normal level and persecution level. At the normal level you should look for clues by filling the Chamber Meter with jewelry. Once this meter is filled, the level is complete and you receive a clue to get even closer to the identity of the thief. On the other level, persecution level, you must arrest the jewel thief turning all the boxes into gold. When you form a string, the selected boxes will change color. Once all the boxes are gold, you complete the level and the thief is arrested.
Your goal in Diamond Detective Deluxe is to gather the maximum number of clues, up to 5 per level, to identify the thief among six suspects. Enjoy this wonderful game for 50 levels in which 10 different thefts will occur. Will you be able to find the jewel thief?
