DNKA 0.42 is an interesting tool that will allow you to perform remote searches on other computers, using the Google Desktop Search program (see clicking here) which logically must be installed on the computers accessed.
So instead of performing searches locally on your own computer you can access other computers and using that program you can perform all kinds of advanced searches using the indexing of files that Google Desktop Search has performed on that computer.
Of course, to prevent access to unauthorized persons, the user who shares their local hard disk can configure which users (with their corresponding password) can access or simply allow access to specific IPs.
