EarthPaint is a program to make freehand drawings that you can then publish as a coated background in the famous Google Earth program.
Earth Paint synchronizes your preview with Google Earth, and displays a grayscale reference map to add to the drawing, including tools such as freehand pencil, ellipse, rectangle, polygon and text tools.
When the drawing has been done, just click on a button to publish it as a transparent map in Google Earth.
For proper operation you need to have previously installed NET Framework 1.1 or higher, if you do not have them you can download them by clicking on this link.
You can free download EarthPaint and safe install the latest trial or new full version for Windows 10 (x32, 64 bit, 86) from the official site.
