EVPMaker is an esoteric free program of acoustic material to record paranormal voices, also known as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP).
To achieve its purpose, EVP Maker divides each recording of voices into short segments and then plays them continuously in random order, thus making each one different.
The result of gibberish (bullshit) still sounds like speech, but cannot be understood, and is therefore very appropriate as background noise for EVP recordings. Of course, the program can be used to generate special acoustic sounds or musical effects.
