File Watcher is a tool that monitors one or more folders to be aware of whether it receives new files. When a new file is copied to any of those folders, then it will execute some actions predefined by the user (such as executing a second program with the new file received).
File Watcher is intended to be used by programs that send files via FTP, to control changes in PDF files, to upload or add new information to a database, and so on.
