GdPicture is a complete and manageable graphic editor with various printing options as well as conversion between formats, supporting the following graphic formats: tiff, tif, jpeg, jpg, png, ico, wmf, gif, exif, bmp, dib, fax, emf and even PDF.
GdPicture allows you to capture images from TWAIN devices, create multi-page TIFF files, import / export to the clipboard, create watermarks, automatically generate thumbnail galleries, resize, rotation effects, apply light filters, saturation, contrasts both globally as to certain areas that you select, etc.
Curiously, it is available in many languages (including Catalan), but not in English.
