GetFrame is a program to run from the same Windows command line (from the MSDOS environment) that will allow you to extract specific frames of the videos that you indicate, that is, to make a graphic capture of that video.
These GetFrame captures allow you to save them in JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF or BMP format, but not only is it limited to extracting individual frames, but you can be told to extract specific fragments of the video and save them as other independent videos in the following formats: AVI , MPEG, WMV or even MOV (from Quicktime).
