If you are an inexperienced beginner in creating HTML web pages, then what you need is something like HtmlDocEdit. It is a very basic, simple and primary HTML editor, only recommended for novice users.
To use HtmlDocEdit you don't need to know HTML at any time. Everything is done as if it were a normal text editor. It allows you to change the font formats, insert images, add link links, create lists, etc.
HtmlDocEdit is in English, but interestingly the author's website has some modules to translate it into Galician and Valencian, although not for English.
