In-Out Board is a user registration and tracking tool on local networks or the Internet, which uses Peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, and that works on any platform. It is ideal for use in offices or companies. Users can easily determine their status within the network, as well as leave notes and notices (if they have left their position, for example, indicate how long they will take to return, or how they can be located). All this information can be seen in a 'table' or common interface, with the name of each user, their message, status and time.
All In-Out Board status can be organized into categories. We can also customize the notification form of each user status, with different sounds. For this, the program uses a network engine built under peer-to-peer technology. An important advantage that emerges from the use of the P2P is that the In-Out Board does not require the presence of any server, and it can also be configured to connect several offices or local networks remotely via the Internet. It also has support for SnapMail and SnapTalk.
