Peers is a free extension for the Mozilla Firefox browser, which shows searches performed by Google or Yahoo search engines. When the user performs a search with these two search engines, the program verifies and reports the results that match the chosen keywords (even without accessing the search engine page).
Peers is responsible for displaying the results below, in the Firefox search bar (it is necessary to put the mouse on it after typing the word). The program comes with some options deactivated, such as opening the results in a new tab, number of results displayed, choosing which one to display first, and so on. If these options are to your liking, you can configure them in Tools / Add-ons / Options. Peers is operational even with Mozilla Firefox 3.0.
