Pennock Email Notifier is an email notification tool, which runs in the system tray, and periodically checks if a new email message has been received.
When the latter occurs, the Pennock Email Notifier program will notify you with a small window near the system tray and, optionally, with a sound. You can configure multiple POP accounts, and have a different sound set for each one. You can also preview the subjects and contents of the messages, so that you can delete them without having to download them to your PC.
Pennock Email Notifier has support for POP3 protocols via SSL, IMAP, Gmail, AOL, Excite or Netscape, as well as for well-known web services such as Hotmail, MSN, Lycos, Yahoo or Mail.com.
