Every good webmaster (or in charge of a local LAN network) knows how important it is that all IPs respond perfectly, so the best way to verify the proper functioning of each of the IPs (of each website or of each connected device ) is to perform a ping periodically every few seconds (or minutes depending on your configuration).
Pinglog is responsible for continuous Pings to the IP that we indicate, and the result that is offered in each of these attempts will be stored in a Log file, so that it can be studied later and verify that everything is in perfect condition.
Among the information stored in the Log file is the percentage of packets sent, the number of attempts that have been necessary to correctly access that IP, etc.
