ProtegPen is a light and useful free tool used to protect pendrives. What ProtegPen does is prevent a pendrive from being contaminated with viruses or suspicious files. Its interface consists of a single window, very intuitive.
Once the pendrive is connected to the computer, we choose the unit with its corresponding letter. Does the user want to block the pendrive? Simply select the "Lock" button. From that moment on, no files can be saved in it. To unlock it, just click on Unlock. ProtegPen only works with pendrives in NTFS (New Technology File System) format.
