As you have already checked every time you close the computer there is a separate option of Shutdown and Restart, and it is to hibernate (or suspend), and that is what you can program with this simple and small utility called Sleeper.
Hibernation can be done manually simply by selecting that option, but many times we are interested in programming to activate it at a certain time and thus do not continue to spend system resources even if we are not ahead, and it is achieved with Sleeper.
So thanks to Sleeper we can program when we want hibernation which will be activated at the time we have indicated, and we will save not only system resources but the computer will spend less power consumption.
