Some of the features of Sothink HTML Editor are these: it allows programming directly in both HTML code and visual mode, it has toolbars with the usual options and functions of any web editor (forms, tables, frames, links, images, link to email, etc.), allows you to preview the result, has the ability to, from the same editor, upload the changes made to the server, and so on.
