The CapsLock key (or what is the same: SHIFT LOCK), is rarely used by users. Hence, small programs are created to give it some utility. This is the case of TabsLock, which is responsible for installing a shortcut from that key to run the Google Chrome browser. That easy. It goes without saying that TabsLock will not have any function on those computers that do not have the Google browser installed. (And it doesn't work with other browsers either).
TabsLock has no other function than the one already described. It only serves to save us a few seconds when running Google Chrome. In its advantage, it is quick to install and use, it is free and hardly consumes system resources.
