TopWindow.bas is a library for Visual Basic programmers that comes equipped with two procedures that will allow you to modify the status of active windows on the Desktop.
On the one hand, you have the PutThisOnTop (hwnd) function, with which you will be able, referencing it by source code in Visual Basic, to activate a window and place it at the top of the Desktop. And on the other hand, you have PutThisOffTop (hwnd), which performs the inverse effect, that is, deactivates the window that you indicate.
These two TopWindow.bas procedures will be useful for you, especially in cases where you have to manage many windows.
