As we have said, Universal Desktop Ruler 2.9.1 is a virtual rule for your desktop, which allows you to measure the distance between any two points, but also to find the area, perimeter or radius of any curve you mark on that desk, allowing zooms of certain areas to get exactly the points you are looking for.
The default measures provided by Universal Desktop Ruler are in pixels, but are perfectly configurable by the user to other units.
