WBAT is a set of utilities to run under MSDOS environment, totally free, and that does not even require installation. All utilities are related to the creation of form elements.
With WBAT you can create, in MSDOS environment, your own menus, buttons, editing fields, checkbox type boxes, radio type buttons, selection of listings, and so on. The user, playing with the different parameters, can apply different colors, texts and controls to each of the elements.
To change the preferences and default properties of WBAT simply edit the INI file with which it comes equipped.
