WebCam Looker allows you to record your favorite television programs, take daily photos or schedule the task calendar, add text to your images, time tags or enhancements for photographs, which you can increase in size and rotate.
It also obtains video captures and periodically takes photos of what is happening. Also note that WebCam Looker allows you to configure and adjust the speed at which we want to archive the resulting video.

As the only negative point of the program, we have to say that WebCam Looker is only available in English. Luckily the different menus and options you have are not too complicated to understand, and if we add the fact that its user interface is quite clear and intuitive, we will not have to worry.
