AboutTime is an application designed to be a superior source of time (schedule) for your computer. As a time client, the program will acquire the exact time from the Internet, always with great precision, and as a server it will provide up to four types of time signals to as many computers on your same network.
AboutTime employs advanced signal processing techniques to correct possible network delays, resulting in unprecedented accuracy and accuracy even in a slow modem connection. An example is worth a fact: in a local network that has a copy of AboutTime installed on each computer, synchronizations can be achieved with an accuracy of approximately 50 milliseconds up or down.
We can program AboutTime to perform your tasks automatically, either with the computer startup, or at predefined time intervals. It is also completely free and does not take up a significant amount of disk space: it is just over half a megabyte in size. We can always run it in the background without consuming too many resources.
NOTE: To ensure proper operation, the AboutTime program requires that we have previously installed the Internet Explorer browser.
