Active CallerID is a small program with which you can turn your computer into an authentic and advanced call identification device. Use the server of your local telephone company to identify who is calling. In addition, record and save all the data of incoming calls, so you can check for example who called you a few days ago.
This tool, Active CallerID, incorporates an address book where you can write down all the data of your contacts to have them always at hand. In addition, you can associate an audio file with a.WAV extension to find out who is calling you just by listening to the tone. And when you're not in front of the computer, Active CallerID will handle all calls, taking notes, which you can review at any time.
To adapt it to your liking, you can change the Active CallerID interface, choosing several available models.
Note: For the proper functioning of Active CallerID you need to have a modem installed on your computer properly configured.
