AmplifX is a scientific tool used to search a collection of primaries, in the same way that any molecular biologist accesses their refrigerators to find material for their experiments. This is the basic purpose of the program.
The search for AmplifX is aimed at finding those first ones that can be used to amplify a fragment in an objective sequence, and more particularly, to design strategies to show recombinant PCR clones.
Some information related to the primaries are automatically computed: TM, length, quality ..., and others must be given by the AmplifX user, such as name, comments, etc. We can also design new primaries.
