WinTopo is a specialized program used to interpret the content of a raster image, and to convert it to a vector image.
The WinTopo program supports the following graphic input formats: TIF, JPG, PNG, GIF and BMP, and the following output formats: DXF, SHP, MIF, WMF. Once the conversion is complete, we can use different photo retouching tools to modify or edit some properties of the resulting image.
