She doesn't know how the hell she got there, but the truth is that our friend the squirrel is lost in a strange parallel world. Now, in Animal Retreat, you will have to embark on an exciting adventure full of dangers and surprises, until you find your way back home. Do you dare to accompany our protagonist squirrel, to help her in her risky journey through this mysterious universe?
Animal Retreat is a hilarious arcade, which mixes genres as disparate as platforms, puzzles and adventures, to offer the player a unique experience, which will have to be used thoroughly, so that the squirrel can return to its world. The game consists of no less than 30 different levels, all of them represented in spectacular 3D, in which we will have to collect a certain number of crystals if we want to continue moving forward. And all, under the pressure of a relentless countdown, that our game will end if we do not reach the goal before it reaches zero.
All the scenarios are suspended in the air and have labyrinthine and very steep routes, so we will have to measure with millimeter accuracy each of our steps and jumps, if we do not want to end up falling into the void. The numerous enemies that populate them will be another factor to consider when moving around: it is always better to move on unnoticed than to attract the attention of several hostile creatures. Although, luckily, we will have several power-ups on the stages, such as extra lives, magic shields, bombs, or hourglasses to extend the time limit of each level, which will help us mitigate the difficulty of our particular adventure.
