DibE is a peculiar graphic editor for Windows that allows us to draw on the screen freehand. That is, imagine that your monitor is like the canvas of a painting, and you have absolute freedom to draw on it the strokes you want.
And do not worry if you are working or using any other application, since DibE does not influence or interfere at all in the activities or tasks that we are carrying out.
DibE puts at your disposal all the usual drawing tools of any graphic editor: brushes, lines, geometric shapes, text insertion, different colors, etc. When you have finished painting, press the ESC key to continue using your PC normally, keeping everything you have drawn on the screen.
