Digital Postman Pro allows you to scan and email any paper document easily, through the scanner. It's as simple as putting the document inside your scanner and pressing the scan button. The Digital Postman Pro program will be in charge of scanning the document of your choice and shows you a thumbnail preview of the resulting image.
Then, press the Send button and the program will open a new email message and automatically attach the scanned document as an image file. The images can be attached in EXE format (executable) or also in graphic format JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF or TIFF (multipage). If we use the PDF or TIFF format, all images will be attached in a single file, which facilitates the handling and reception of the message by the receiver. All ready to send it by eMail to whoever you want, with just two mouse clicks.
Digital Postman Pro has support for color or grayscale scans, as well as for the use of Automatic Document Feeders (ADF). The ADFs allow to send multipage documents without problem.
