eManga is a free application for iPhone and iPod Touch, which works as a book viewer of manga content on the one hand, and on the other as a book organizer. eManga is inspired by programs like iTunes. It is responsible for sending the user the Mangacasts, which are, as the name implies, podcasts about manga books. To receive the Mangacasts it is necessary to register previously. eManga also allows downloading files with manga content.
The downloaded files have the extension MANGA, which is program specific. And, as if that were not enough, the user can create their own illustrations and send them to the creator of the program (as long as they are in the MANGA format). eManga can also read files in JPG or PNG extensions from the library only if they are part of a compressed folder. If the user unzips this folder, he will not be able to open the files.
