eTextWizard is basically a tool to create your own eBooks (electronic books to read directly on the computer), although it also comes equipped with utilities that will allow you to create CHM or HLP files.
In order to create any eBook, CHM or HLP with eTextWizard, you only need a plain TXT text file or one in HTML format. It also allows you to convert HTML files to TXT, and vice versa.
All conversions performed by eTextWizard can be processed in batches. It also has an integrated utility with which you can decompile any CHM file and thus obtain the source files that compose it.
