Despite its name Hooligans 1.0.1.6 it is not an action game that has to do with violent English fans but it is a kind of board game in which you must play dice, quite remembering Yahtzee's characteristics with a certain Touch PickABooger
The game consists of throwing the dice and choosing a category, then throwing the dice twice to get the highest score you can in that category, a success to the first gives you a hoolingan and 20 points. You will get great point bonuses if you manage to have all five dice in the category number at the third roll.
It also allows online games to be played with other players from all over the world, although you must have the Tams11 Lobby (which is downloaded from the author's website).
