ImageOpen is a very basic image viewer (each image opens in a window that will be the same size), and has its access through the Windows context menu, by pressing the right mouse button on the file. The option will be called 'Open'.
Among the options of this tiny program, we will find the one to access the previous and next images to the current one (Next and Previous commands, respectively), or we can always position the program in the foreground, above any other window (Top option). If the image we are going to display is too large, we can also select the option to open it with the Internet Explorer browser.
