Most people nowadays are connected on various social networks. In addition, people have multiple e-mail accounts. Inbox2 combines these different channels of communication inside one desktop application.
UPDATE: Inbox2 is no longer actively maintained. The program is released as open source software and is to download via Github. There are, however, no improvements made, so we advise you to use another program to install.
Inbox2 is a free application that several networks combine into a single program.
The user can Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Exchange, Facebook, Hyves, Hotmail, Twitter, Yammer, LinkedIn, and any IMAP/POP 3 account to add. Inbox2 collects then all the messages, documents, links and contacts from these accounts. It is possible to post messages, read, send and search without first having to use different accounts to log in.
The basic desktop application of Inbox2 is free to use. The premium version provides synchronization between different computers, mobile phones and the web account. For this extended version should have to be paid.
