MPEG4 Modifier is a simple utility that gives you information about an MPEG4 multimedia file or AVIs (QPel, GMC, I / P, etc.). At the top we can indicate the path where the MPEG4 file that we want to modify is located, and below all the options menus: proportions (4: 3, 16: 9, PAL, NTSC or even custom), include Packed Bistream or not include it, user data, or the modification of the interlacing and the ordering of their fields (start at the top, or at the bottom).
