Although it may seem that not much energy is spent with the monitor on, it does end up spending a considerable amount. That has motivated the creation of this program called NysSaver.
The main objective of NysSaver is to optimize the monitor shutdown time, by programming the automatic shutdown of the monitor if it has not been used for a long time or simply by configuring it to decrease the power on intensity if it is detected that the computer is not being used. That way you will save energy.
Everything in NysSaver is managed from a small icon in the taskbar from which to configure all your options.
