PhotoLapse is an interesting free program that converts sequences of photographs in JPG format into an AVI movie, all using codec compression, using timelapse effects. PhotoLapse organizes images quickly and easily in a few seconds.
Making the video also does not involve difficulties, as long as the photographs have been taken in a series, one after another in a matter of tenths of a second. PhotoLapse allows configuration options to define how many images will be displayed per second, as well as being able to choose movement effects. It is advisable to have all the images in the same folder, listed in order to know the order of display. PhotoLapse is free, lightweight and requires no installation.
