Shell Picture is a graphical utility that allows, from the context menu (the one activated with the right mouse button), to preview the image of the photograph that contains the file you have selected, as well as to obtain information about it (for example, size, colors, format, etc.)
The great advantage of Shell Picture is that it allows you to preview up to 31 different graphic formats (when from Windows it only allows you to see the most common thumbnail mode). Moreover, it even allows you to convert (always from the context menu) the image from one format to another.
Thanks to other features offered by Shell Picture, you can center the photo, stretch it, copy the name of the file to the clipboard, copy the same photo to the clipboard, and so on. It even brings its own mini text editor.
