Subtitles Creator is a software that will help you create your own subtitles for the images or videos you choose. The initial data is in an SRT file, and the output data contains a list of sub-images in BMP format and SST files (from Sonic Scenarist).
The SST files are simply text files, which you can locate and fit between the corresponding images, adjusting them to the exact time shown on the screen. In this way, you will synchronize them just to your liking.
Subtitles Creator subtitles can be created from the second zero of the playback. The results can be easily added to Scenarist. Subtitles Creator is totally free.
