Swfmill is an interesting tool, totally free, that comes equipped with two very useful programs. On the one hand, you have one called XML2SWF that allows you to convert XML files directly to a flash file in SWF and, on the other hand, you have another called SWF2XML that does just the reverse process.
The operation of Swfmill can not be easier, because you simply have to indicate the location of the file to be converted and, in a few seconds, you will have the corresponding file in the other format.
Swfmill runs under MSDOS environment or from the Windows command line.
