Tordex Wheel is an application, not very ambitious but useful after all, which aims to make the computer mouse more productive.
By default, when you rotate the mouse wheel, Windows advances the active window and ignores the mouse cursor position. With Tordex Wheel, however, Windows rotates the window under the mouse cursor, so that you can now advance windows, lists, and so on, without having to activate them.
The use of Tordex Wheel is simple, almost automatic. The program is located in the system tray and hardly consumes system resources.
